Leaving a cold Fort Lauderdale a little after 8:00 PM - running late because of aircraft getting in late to Miami.  At first you can see the rooms are extremely small, I believe the smallest in the Cruise Ship Industry.  We had took this ship to Europe in 2005 and had the best cruise experience, we believe it would be worth suffering in this small room.  Of course, we were wrong!!!!!  The first indication was the Pizza - they were smaller - different cheese - choice of only ones with 3 pieces of pineapple, or 3 pieces of ham, or cheese only.  They were sure terrible compare to our frist cruise.....  We will probably never sail on another MSC Cruise line ship -- the only reason I could see would be going where we want to go at half the price of other ship lines, because they were only worth half the price......   We had a fantastic cruise because of our good company and a very good waiter, in spite of the ship line getting cheap on everything.

We had the abandon ship boat drill the next morning instead of the first day as usual.  Or life boat location was in the Casino - this was strange also...  But, they have a group of young people whose job is to keep the folks moving on the 11th deck that was very, very good.  We always had a good time up around the pool.

The second night out was our first formal night and we dress up accordingly.  We enjoyed each others company and really had a good time remebering old times...
