At 4:00 PM on the 8th of April 2005, we set sail eastward bound and for deep water.  By 5:00 PM we lost sight of land and would not see the shore until after noon on the 14th of April.....  This, as my fellow sailors would say, was some heavy steaming!!!  My knees kept getting stronger as we sail in warm water.  I would soak in the saltwater hot tub for hours each day.  By the time we saw land on the 14th, my knees were 100% better.  This five plus days at sea, in warm weather, was just what the doctor order...  We had an outstanding time at sea, playing games, soaking, swimming, exercising, eating, drinking and watching excellent floor shows.  This time went by quicker than the time we spent in ports, or so it seemed.  I will say it again, if you haven't been on a cruise, call Donna Balaban at Cruises Only , she will fix you up with a fantastic cruise!!!!!
