This would be our only port we would have to take a tender to shore.  Of course, I went to get coffee around 6:30 AM and returned to the cabin.  Showered and shaved; we headed upstairs for breakfast.  After breakfast we went to one of the lounges on the 4th floor to get a tender ticket and with a minute, they called us to go down an get on a tender..  It was a long, cold ride on the tender to get to the town.  It took over 10 minutes.  At the pier, the locals had a free shuttle bus for us to the downtown area.  We took the shuttle into town and walked around.  It was a very clean and nice town.  Brick streets and sidewalks; most of the time the street and sidewalk was the same.  We did a little light shopping, but I do not remember buying anything.  After an hour or so; we took the shuttle back to the pier and got a tender back to the ship.  What we seen in Falmouth was not much, but that was our fault, the weather was overcast and the temperature was not that warm.
